Return & Shipping Policies

Refund policy: For first time customers, please call us for a customized consultation at no charge to you. If you’re not completely satisfied with The Balancing Tonic after 30 days of consecutive use according to the directions given, we will be happy to offer you a complete refund. For unopened bottles: unless the packaging has been damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us via phone or email if you would like to send an order back and request a refund.

Delivery: All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Express shipping is also available. Online orders will not ship to Post Office box addresses. A physical street address is required.
